This website and the haders brand are operated by haders limited ("haders", "we", "us", "our"), a company providing trading card sales, acquisitions, and wholesale services. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site and our linked storefronts, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We collect information directly from you when you interact with our forms and services, including:

• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
• Shop enquiries: your email address and details of the items or drops you're interested in.
• Sell submissions: your email address and details of the cards or collections you're offering to us.
• Wholesale enquiries: your email address, business or customer type, and your approximate monthly spend range.
• Technical & campaign data: if you arrive via a tracked link, we capture utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign parameters so we understand which campaigns and platforms (such as Instagram or YouTube) bring visitors to the site.

We use the information collected to:

• Respond to enquiries about buying, selling, or wholesale trading of cards.
• Send newsletter updates about drops, restocks, and livestreams to people who've opted in.

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Zapier — connects form submissions to our internal tools.
• HubSpot CRM — stores and manages customer and enquiry records.
• Elfsight — powers the embedded Instagram feed widget shown on this site.
• Google Fonts — delivers the web fonts used in our site design.

Each of these providers only receives the data necessary to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy and data protection obligations.

We keep enquiry and sign-up records for as long as is necessary to respond to you, maintain our customer relationship, and meet our bookkeeping and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
